About

I’m originally from Regional SA. I moved to Adelaide in my late teens. I completed my Bachelor’s Degree of Applied Science (Human Movement and Health) through UniSA, then went on to complete my Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy through Flinders University. It was here where I discovered my passion for working with people having mental health difficulties. I began working as an Occupational Therapist in mental health in 2015 after completing my studies.

I enjoy the human connection aspect of working in mental health, and I love to see people to make positive change in their life. It’s exciting to help people achieve things that they never thought they would.

In my spare time I enjoy all that the Australian outdoors has to offer. My happy place is the beach on a warm, sunny day. This is one of my favourite places ever – Yallingup Beach, Western Australia.
